Negroni En Blanc

I’ve made a couple variations of a white Negroni in the past but this was probably one of my favorites. I created this for an ‘En Blanc’ dinner over and it was crushed in no time. Simple to make and so good for these hot summer nights.

ingredients:

  • 11½ oz Gin

  • ¼ oz Lavender/Orange Honey syrup

  • 1 oz Blanc

  • ½ oz Suze

  • 1 Pinch Smoked Salt

  • 3 drops Hibiscus/Lavender Bitters

  • Fresh Lavender Sprig

  • Dehydrated Lemon Wheel

tools:

instructions:

Combine Gin, Suze, Lillet, honey syrup, salt and bitters in a mixing glass with ice. Stir for 10 seconds. Strain and pour into a carafe. Pour the cocktail over a crystal clear ice cube and garnish with fresh lavender and a dehydrated lemon wheel.
