Thursday nights are for rum cocktails.

My wife and I were reminiscing about our #babymoon #staycation and our experience. I was so stoked about this cocktail created by @goodbuddyjosh when I saw it on the menu and of course it did not disappoint. They were kind enough to pass along the recipe below, Try it out for yourself!



ingredients:

  • 1 oz | 30 ml Jamaican Rum

  • 1 oz | 30 ml Planteray Stiggins Pineapple Rum

  • ½ oz | 15 ml Local Madeira

  • ½ oz | 15 ml Rich Turbonado Syrup

  • ¾ oz | 22.5 ml oz Fresh Lime Juice

  • ¼ oz | 7.5 ml Mint (Garnish)

instructions:

Combine all ingredients except garnish in a shaking tin with crushed ice. Whip shake, strain and pour the cocktail over crushed or pellet ice. Garnish with mint. Serve and enjoy!.
