Pickled Watermelon margarita

PICKLED WATERMELON MARGARITA

ingredients:
1½ oz | 45 ml PATRÓN CRISTALINO
½ oz | 15 ml Lime Juice
¾ oz | 22.5 ml Watermelon Juice
½ oz | 15 ml Watermelon Pickle Brine
½ oz | 15 ml Agave Syrup
Pickled Watermelon Ribbon (Garnish)
Watermelon Cube (Garnish)
instructions:
Add all ingredients to a shaking tin (except garnish). Shake with ice and strain over pebble or crushed ice. Garnish with pickled watermelon ribbon and a fresh cube.
