PIŃA VERDE
Alright @notjustabartender, you convinced me…
Some people are out there hoarding their Green Chartreuse and some of us are using it as a base spirit 😂 This one is like if a Piña Colada and a Chartreuse Swizzle had a baby and served it over crushed ice in a Coco Lopez can. A big thank you Erick Castro-Diaz (@hungrybartender) for this spec. Absolutely incredible.
ingredients:
½ oz | 15ml Lime Juice
¾ oz | 22.5ml Coco Lopez
1½ oz | 45ml Pineapple Juice
1½ oz | 45ml Green Chartreuse
instructions:
Combine all ingredients into a shaking tin. Shake and fine strain (@poormanskitchen) over pebble ice. I was going to serve this in a Collins glass but there was a perfectly good can sitting there. Garnish with a bouquet of mint and add a straw. Cheers y’all.
