Queen Peach Crush
Here’s your Friday night in a glass.
This one is a little more involved but I promise it’s worth it. When it comes to crushable tiki-style cocktails, this is it right here. With the addition of peach, this might just be the perfect end to summer cocktails.
ingredients:
1½ oz @hampden 8 Year
½ oz Suze
¼ oz Velvet Falernum
½ oz Pineapple Juice
¾ oz Lime Juice
½ oz Peach Simple Syrup
6 Dashes Peychauds Bitters
1 Peach Slice (garnish)
1 Mint Sprig (garnish)
instructions:
Combine all ingredients, shake and strain over crushed ice. Garnish with mint and peach.
