ingredients:

• 1½ oz. Bourbon Cream

• 1 oz. Bourbon Whiskey

• 1 oz. Spiced Demerara

• ½ oz. Heavy Cream

• 1 pinch of Pumpkin Spice

tools:

• Shaking Tins

• Jigger (Japanese Style)

• Hawthorne Strainer

• Fine Strainer

• Glassware

• Other Tools

• Complete Bartending Set

instructions:

Combine all ingredients in a shaking tin with ice and shake vigorously for 15 seconds. Pour and strain over a large ice cube. Garnish with a sprinkle of pumpkin spice.
