ingredients:

• 2 oz American Whiskey

• 1 oz Dry Curaçao

• 3/4 oz Braulio Amaro

• 4 Dashes Orange Bitters

• Flamed orange twist

• Dehydrated blood orange wheel

tools:

• Shaking Tins

• Jigger (Japanese Style)

• Hawthorne Strainer

• Fine Strainer

• Glassware

• Other Tools

• Complete Bartending Set

instructions:

Combine bourbon, dry curaçao, amaro and bitters in a shaking tin.  Shake for 5 seconds.  Strain and pour into a chilled coupe.  Garnish with a flamed orange twist and a blood orange wheel.
