The Honey Jungle Bird

Just a honey inspired take on one of my all time favorite tiki classics - The Jungle Bird. Cheers y’all!

ingredients:

• 1½ oz Dark Rum

• ¾ oz Campari

• 1 oz Pineapple Juice

• ½ oz Lime Juice

• ½ oz Honey Syrup

• 5 Drops Tiki Bitters

• 1 Pinch of Salt

• Pineapple frond/slice (garnish)

tools:

• Shaking Tins

• Jigger (Japanese Style)

• Hawthorne Strainer

• Fine Strainer

• Glassware

• Other Tools

• Complete Bartending Set

instructions:

Combine all ingredients in a shaking tin with ice. Shake, strain and pour the cocktail in your vessel of choice over crushed or pellet ice. Serve and enjoy!
