I hear the drink of the summer is the Hugo Spritz, but let’s elevate it, shall we?
Together with my friends over at @empress1908gin, we put together a spin on this trending summer cocktail and crossed it with a French 75. The addition of mint and lime makes this as refreshing as it is delicious. Hope y’all enjoy this one!

ingredients:
1½ oz @empress1908gin
¾ oz Elderflower Liqueur
½ oz Simple Syrup
1 oz Lime Juice
3-4 oz Prosecco
Lime Wheel (Garnish)
Fresh Mint (Optional/Garnish)
instructions:
Add Empress, elderflower, syrup and lime juice into a stemmed glass over butterfly pea ice cubes. Top with Prosecco. Garnish with a lime wheel + Mint. Serve and enjoy.
