Tiki Old Fashioned

If you’re into funky Jamaican rums, this is the recipe for you.

ingredients:

• 1 oz. rum 60

• 1 oz. Clairin Hatian Rum (Vaval)

• ½ oz. rum Stiggins Pineapple

• ½ oz. Banana Liqueur (I used Banane du Bresil)

• 3 Dashes Orange Bitters

• 3 Drops @crudebitters Tiki 500

tools:

• Mixing Glass

• Jigger (Japanese Style)

• Barspoon

• Julep Strainer

• Glassware

• Other Tools

• Complete Bartending Set

instructions:

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir, strain and pour the cocktail over a large ice cube. Garnish with a slice of orange + pineapple frond (optional).
