The Charred Grapefruit Boulevardier
What are pouring on this fine evening? It better be this.
ingredients:
1 oz | 30 ml Bourbon Whiskey
1 oz | 30 ml Sweet Vermouth
1 oz | 30 ml Campari
4 Dashes of Smoked Saline
1 Charred Grapefruit Twist
instructions:
Combine Bourbon Whiskey, Campari, sweet vermouth and bitters in a mixing glass with ice. Stir for 10 seconds. Strain and pour over a crystal clear ice cube. Express a grapefruit peel and proceed to char the peel until aromatic. Serve and Enjoy!
