Classic Gin Martini (for 2)

Everyone is talking about Negroni Sbagliatos when we should be making these 🍸(x2)…

You can’t go wrong with a classic gin martini (always stirred). Lets make one that maybe even @livkatecooke can be fond of, but maybe just two she doesn’t get too pissed 🐉

Also feel free to change it up, everyone has their own “perfect martini” - so feel free to add some olive brine or a couple dashes of orange bitters. Maybe even throw in some olives (castelvetranos are my fav) or make it a Gibson by adding some cocktail onions to it too (video coming soon). What’s your go-to martini recipe?🍸

ingredients:

  • 6 oz | 177 ml London Dry Gin

  • ½ oz | 15 ml Dry Vermouth

  • Lemon Twist

instructions:

Combine Gin and dry vermouth in a mixing glass with ice. Stir, strain and pour the cocktail into a chilled coupe and garnish with three (or more) cocktail onions and express oil from a lemon peel (discard peel). Serve and enjoy.
