Jumbo martini

"I'm just having one drink tonight."

Today we're learning how to make soup with olive croutons aka a big 'ole batch of dirty martini. So grab your largest coupe and let's do this 🍸



ingredients:

  • 1 Bottle (750ml) Gin or Vodka

  • ¾ Cup Dry Vermouth

  • ½ Cup Olive Brine

  • 1 oz | 30 ml Bitters

  • 1 oz Saline (20%)

  • Lemon Twist (Garnish) per cocktail

  • 3 Olives (Garnish) per cocktail

instructions:

In all seriousness, this is a batched cocktail so please drink responsibly :)

To build: Combine all ingredients except garnish in a pitcher with ice. Stir and strain and into a 1L container. Store in a fridge or freezer until ready to serve. Alternatively, you can skip the pitcher step and dilute with 1 cup of water then store in the freezer if batching ahead of time.

To serve: Pour the cocktail into a chilled coupe, express zest from an lemon peel and add olives or other garnish to each cocktail. Serve and enjoy!
