The Classic Daiquiri v1.0

I know most of us are stuck at home so here’s a simple classic for y’all to make for tonight’s #nightcap. Cheers and goodnight!

ingredients:

• 2 oz | 60 ml Jamaican Rum

• ¾ oz | 22.5 ml Demerara Syrup

• 1 oz | 30 ml Fresh Lime Juice

• Lime wedge (garnish)

tools:

• Mixing Glass

• Jigger (Japanese Style)

• Barspoon

• Julep Strainer

• Glassware

• Other Tools

• Complete Bartending Set

instructions:

Combine all ingredients except garnish into a mixing glass with ice.  Stir and strain into a chilled coupe or stemmed glass.  Garnish with the lime wedge. Serve and enjoy!
