The Game Bird

A bourbon highball built for late winter into early spring. Shaken, topped with ginger beer, and served over crushed ice. Straightforward and easy to batch for a crowd.



ingredients:

  • 1½ oz | 45 ml Bourbon

  • ½ oz | 15 ml Ginger Honey Syrup

  • ¾ oz | 22.5 ml Fresh Lemon Juice

  • 2 oz | 60 ml Fentimans Ginger Beer (to top)

  • Lemon Wheel (Garnish)

  • Maraschino cherry (garnish)

instructions:

Shaken, and poured over crushed ice in a Collins glass. Topped with ginger beer. Garnished with lemon + maraschino cherry.
