Venetian Paloma

This one subs the traditional salt rim with olive brine and it works SO well with the grapefruit in this recipe. Saline and aperitivos rend to accentuate the citrus notes and in this case, it brings out some of the grapefruit in Salers. Hope yall enjoy this one, itβd be a good one to batch.
ingredients:
1Β½ oz | 45 ml Tequila
ΒΎ oz | 22.5 ml Lime Juice
Β½ oz | 15 ml Grapefruit Juice
Β½ oz | 15 ml Salerβs
Β½ oz | 15 ml Agave Nectar
ΒΌ oz | 7.5 ml Olive Brine
Garnish: Grapefruit Wedge + Olives
instructions:
Stir, strain over big cube in a rocks glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
