In partnership with @laphroaig - Here's a simple recipe for those of you looking for a fall cocktail that's perfect for any occasion. It brings the traditional fall spices and combines them with a mix of a caramel apple and banana bread. Laphroaig is the star of the show here, the flavors pair perfectly with the smoky, peaty flavor of this famous Islay Scotch whisky
ingredients:
1½ oz | 45 ml Laphroaig
½ oz | 15 ml Apple Jack
¾ oz | 22.5 ml Banana Liqueur
¼ oz | 7.5 ml Honey Syrup
3 Dashes Black Walnut Bitters (optional)
Baked Pumpkin Spice Apple Slice
instructions:
Combine tequila, agave, amaro, coffee and bitters in a mixing glass with ice. Stir, strain and pour into a carafe - use a smoking gun to infuse the cocktail with maplewood smoke - Swirl for 10 seconds. Pour the cocktail into a chilled coupe and garnish with an orange twist. Serve and enjoy!
