The Green Machine
All you green-juice fans out there, this ones for you! In my #partnership with wheatleyvodka and buffalotracedistillery , I've crafted a recipe boozy spin on a traditional green juice. Its sweet, sour and earthy and you'll probably want to make more than one.
ingredients:
1½ oz. Vodka
1½ oz. Fresh Cold-Pressed Cucumber/Kale/Celery/Fennel
½ oz. Honey Simple Syrup
½ oz. Rosé Vermouth
½ oz. Fresh Lime Juice
2 Sprigs Mint (Save one sprig for garnish)
1 Fresh Cucumber Slice (garnish)
instructions:
Combine all ingredients except the garnishes in a shaking tin with ice. Shake and strain into a Collins glass with large-format ice. Garnish a cucumber slices and a fresh mint sprig. Serve and enjoy!
