Batched Maple Old Fashioned

ingredients:

• 750ml Bourbon Whiskey

• 5 oz | 150 ml Grade A Maple Syrup

• 1 oz | 30 ml Walnut Bitters

• 3 oz | 90 ml Water

• Bourbon Soaked Pecan Garnish

• Orange Twist

tools:

• Mixing Glass

• Jigger (Japanese Style)

• Barspoon

• Julep Strainer

• Glassware

• Other Tools

• Complete Bartending Set

instructions:

Combine bourbon, syrup and bitters in a mixing glass with ice.  Stir, strain and pour the cocktail over a large ice cube. Garnish with a pecan and orange twist. Serve and enjoy!
