This Flasked Spiced Pear Boulevardier is built for two. Perfect for a cozy date night in or passing it around the firepit with friends as the air starts to cool. WhistlePig 10 Year Rye is the backbone here, bringing bold spice, oak, and a touch of sweetness that plays perfectly with spiced pear and rich sweet vermouth. It's a balanced, rye forward fall sipper that only gets better once it's batched and rested.

ingredients:
4 oz | 120 ml Whistlepig Small Batch Rye, Aged 10 Years
3 oz | 90 ml Sweet Vermouth
2 oz | 60 ml Campari
1 oz | 30 ml Allspice Dram
1 Pinch Smoked Salt
Cloved Orange Slice (garnish)
instructions:
Combine all ingredients in into a mixing glass. Stir and strain into a flask. Store in the fridge until ready to serve. To serve, pour over a large cube or sphere in a rocks glass. Garnish with a cloved orange.
