Maple New York Sours
Movie night with the fam. Homemade Maple New York Sours seemed appropriate.
ingredients:
1½ oz | 45 ml Bourbon
1 oz | 30 ml Lemon Juice
¾ oz | 22.5 ml Maple Syrup
1 egg (whites only)
Malbec floater
instructions:
In a shaker, add bourbon, @cocktailcrate maple sour with ice, shake, strain then dry shake. Pour over crushed ice. Float Malbec, garnish with lemon wheel.
