Spiced Pear Boulevardier
A Boulevardier is already a cold weather staple. Adding spiced pear and allspice pushes it straight into fall without losing what makes the drink work in the first place. This one stays rye forward, balanced, and built for slow sipping as the nights start to cool.

ingredients:
1½ oz | 45 ml Rye Whiskey
1 oz | 30 ml Sweet Vermouth
¾ oz | 22.5 ml Campari
½ oz | 15 ml Allspice Dram
2 Dashes Saline
Cloved Orange Slice (garnish)
instructions:
Combine all ingredients in into a mixing glass. Stir and strain over a large cube or sphere in a rocks glass. Garnish with a cloved orange.
