Tembo Milk Punch

Fall weather calls for milk punches…

I’ve partnered with @amarula_us to create a fall-themed cocktail that plays on a traditional unclarified brandy milk punch by adding a few flavors that’ll remind you of fall. If you haven’t heard of #Amarula, I can best describe it as cream liqueur but with sweet, nougaty caramel notes blended with a subtle citrus aroma. Just perfect with the recipe below. ingredients:

1½ oz | 45 ml Amarula

  • 1 oz | 30 ml Cognac

  • ¾ oz | 22.5 ml Apple Brandy

  • 1 oz | 30 ml Banana Liqueur

  • 4 Dashes Pumpkin Spice Bitters

  • Fresh Grated Nutmeg

  • Caramelized Banana (Garnish)

instructions:

Combine all ingredients into a shaking tin with ice (except garnish). Shake, strain and pour into a chilled brandy snifter. Garnish with caramelized banana and fresh grated nutmeg.
