Tembo Milk Punch
Fall weather calls for milk punchesβ¦
We create a fall-themed cocktail that plays on a traditional unclarified brandy milk punch by adding a few flavors thatβll remind you of fall. If you havenβt heard of #Amarula, I can best describe it as cream liqueur but with sweet, nougaty caramel notes blended with a subtle citrus aroma. Just perfect with the recipe below. Cheers yβall! #ad21+
PSA: You can buy today on TerlatoSpirits.com, at Total Wine & More, or at a retailer near you!
Deepfake Irish Coffee
Itβs like an Irish Coffee, but not.πβοΈ This enhanced version of the classic is still very easy to make and only takes a few more ingredients to execute. Chicory and coffee have always been a match made in heaven but together with an eight year old Irish Whisky like thequietmanwhiskey it just brings it to a whole other level. The notes of sweet vanilla and oak that is imparted from the barrel is on full display in this version of Irish coffee, only to be accentuated with a salted caramel foam to balance out the bitterness from the coffee.
Now cheers, and #HappyStPatricksDay.
Coquito Colada
Itβs #NationalCoquitoDay tomorrow so letβs get you prepared! #ad
What happens when you combine TWO of Puerto Ricoβs most iconic cocktails? The PiΓ±a Colada is arguably Puerto Ricoβs most famous contribution to the cocktail world. Created sometime during the 1950s, its exact origins are often debated. But weβd all be remiss if the infamous Coquito didnβt enter the conversation, which origin is ubiquitous with Puerto Rican culture - after all, thereβs an entire DAY dedicated to this iconic drink. I think we can all agree the best version is made with Puerto Ricoβs legendary rum, Ron del Barrilito.
Cheers yβall.
The Winter Coat
Bundle up, and grab your winter coat.
#ad , Iβve created a cocktail thats perfect for the season. Itβs inspired by a creme brΓ»lΓ©e and it just so happens that #Licor43 makes a `Creme BrΓ»lΓ©eβ flavor as part of their indulgence trio lineup (other flavors include Horchata and Chocolate). This cocktail combines winter spices with bourbon and is then topped with caramelized sugar sitting atop an egg white foam.
Cheers yβall.
Sugar Cookie Milk Punch
Make sure to leave one of these guys out for the big guy tooβ¦ π π»πͺ
Eggnog Cream Float
Eggnog cocktails donβt have to be boring yβall, especially not with a salted hazelnut cold foam π³
We made a cocktail that you can enjoy to ease into the holiday season. The secret is in the salted hazelnut cold foam made with #MaolaMilkβs rich eggnog combined with hazelnut liqueur and sea salt. This is whipped and then integrated into the base cocktail which has herbal sweet notes from the amaro and Angostura then combined with crΓ¨me de cacao to give you a rich, yet balanced cocktail.
The Trackside Creamsicle
Bourbon + Creamsicles is a match made in heaven...
I couldnβt think of anything to welcome the fall season more than this recipe below featuring Buffalo Trace bourbon and cream, sweetened with a βburntβ sugar syrup that introduces a deep caramel flavor profile and topped with fresh grated nutmeg to round it all out.
The Egg Cream Fizz
Iβve put together a twist on a traditional Egg Cream. Never heard of one? Well, it it originated among Eastern European Jewish immigrants in New York City. It usually consists of cream, chocolate syrup and seltzer/soda water. Thats rightβ¦ it contains NO EGGS... until now. Iβve combined this classic with a similar technique to a Ramos gin fizz and the results were pretty epic. See the recipe below.

The Rock Hopper
An espresso martini crossed with a mint chocolate Irish coffee? Sure, I got you
βTis the season after all, Iβve come up with the perfect recipe to go along with this bottle of Glendalough Double Barrel Irish Whiskey. This single grain, Irish whiskey is first aged in oak then finished in Oloroso sherry casks.
Pink Squirrel
A cocktail to match this weather βοΈ
Iβve never made anything with this liqueur before.
Heck, I had not even heard of it until I picked up a bottle a couple weeks ago. This is creme de noyaux, itβs a liqueur made from bitter almonds, apricot pits and a couple other botanicalsβ¦ as it turns out, itβs delicious. VERY similar to amaretto but with a dark cherry twist to it. Last week, I asked yβall what I should make with this cocktail and the overwhelming response was this Pink Squirrel, an easy equal parts cocktail.
Honestly, this recipe is like a cheat code for a dessert cocktail. It legit tastes like a dark cherry, vanilla ice cream. Itβs rich, sweet and drinks like a milkshake. Enjoy this one sparingly friends :)
Cheers yβall.
Cable Knit
What can I say⦠Day 1 at gardenandgun JUBILEE was a BLAST. There was so much to see, do and not surprisingly; drink! The biggest surprise was the gorgeous @bladeandbowwhiskey horse trailer-turned mobile bar. It was commissioned by Garden and Gun and this was its first visit to explorecharleston! Swipe through to see the trailer or check out the Instagram story to take a peek inside the trailer.
The Orange Sweeney
πOrange-you all glad weβre halfway through the week? #dadjokes... Iβve got em.
.
Iβve teamed up with kirkandsweeney to give you my take on a [boozy] childhood favorite (recipe below)! Inspired by the flavor combo of oranges and cream - the 12 year old Kirk and Sweeney rumβs bold notes of caramel and and sweet vanilla is just KILLER in this cocktail. Oh and youβre probably going to want to make more than one π
Marshmallow World
π₯ Merry Christmas Eve, folks! For our Annual Christmas Party this year, Mick and I came up with the recipe below which was then kegged; needless to say, it was delicious and absolutely demolished by our guests. Hope you enjoy it!
The Bucco Bruce Creamsicle
In honor of #SuperBowlLV - Hereβs a tribute to the buccaneers throwback βCreamscicleβ uniforms. Widely regarded as the ugliest uniforms in the NFL, I LOVED these growing up, as a Bucs fan living in Orlando, FL. So who are we rooting for tonight??
Oaxacan "Hot" Chocolate
This spicy hot chocolate cocktail is tequila based and is my take on a Oaxacan Chocolate flavor profile. Check out the recipe below and let me know what you think!
Luck of the Grasshopper
What better combo than an Irish Whiskey with notes of light notes of oak, vanilla and caramel to pair with coffee, chocolate and mint for my take on a traditional Grasshopper cocktail. I really enjoyed making this one and hope yβall try it out!
