Putting my #Bottesi ice mallet and Lewis bag from my friends at queencitycocktails to good use on this fine Tuesday night and playing around with some potential cocktail recipes.

ingredients:

  • 1½ oz | 45 ml Reposado Tequila

  • ¾ oz | 22.5 ml Aperol

  • ½ oz | 15 ml Fresh Lime Juice

  • 1 oz | 30 ml Fresh Grapefruit Juice

  • ¼ oz | 7.5 ml Agave Nectar

 

instructions:

Combine all ingredients in a shaking tin with ice and shake vigorously for 15 seconds. Pour and strain over crushed ice. Garnish with lime wedge.
