ingredients:

• 1½ oz | 45 ml Select Aperitivo

• 2 oz | 60 ml Prosecco Rosé

• ½ oz | 45 ml Grapefruit Sparkling Water

• 1 Grapefruit Wedge (Garnish)

• 1 Castelvetrano Olives (Garnish)

tools:

• Mixing Glass

• Jigger (Japanese Style)

• Barspoon

• Julep Strainer

• Glassware

• Other Tools

• Complete Bartending Set

instructions:

To a stemmed glass with ice, add Prosecco rosé, aperitif, then top with sparking water (and more rosê). Garnish with fresh grapefruit and a castelvetrano olive.
