Psssst... Wanna see a magic trick? Here's a play on a Gin Rickey.
ingredients:
2 oz Gin
1.5 oz Butterfly Pea Flower Infused Simple
3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
Soda Water
instructions:
In a highball or Collins glass with ice, slowly pour butterfly tea syrup, followed by the gin and top with soda water. For the final touch, squeeze from half a lime and stir. Watch in awe, your guests will be doing the same. Don't forget to garnish with a lime wheel🍸😮
