Black Carrot Gin Sour
Today we’re drinking our vegetables
We made a gin sour inspired by the ingredients in their Elderflower Rose Gin. Elderflower and cucumber have always been a match made in heaven but I really wanted to highlight the vegetal aspects of the black carrot in this offering as well. The addition of fresh carrot juice in this cocktail provided that sweet, vegetal note I was looking for. Hope y’all enjoy this one!
ingredients:
1½ oz | 45 ml Empress Elderflower Rose Gin
1 oz | 30 ml Lemon Juice
¾ oz | 22.5 ml Simple Syrup
¾ oz | 22.5 ml Carrot Juice
Carrot Ribbon Garnish
instructions:
Combine ingredients except garnish in a shaking tin. Pour/strain over crushed or pebble ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with carrot ribbon or rose.

I've created a seasonal cocktail that pairs perfectly with Añejo tequila. This recipe takes a traditional margarita and infuses it with the flavors of fall and winter — crisp apple, rich maple, and tart cranberry — for a drink that feels both festive and refreshing Cheers, y'all!
