Fridge Cigarette Iced Coffee
I blame the internet for this one…
Diet Coke has always been the caffeine rush, but throw a shot of espresso in there and you’ve got something that hits different. The vanilla sea salt foam is what pushes it over the edge. Sweet, salty, creamy, cold, and caffeinated all at once. This is what viral drinks are supposed to taste like.

ingredients:
1 Shot | 30 ml Espresso (cooled)
8 oz | 240 ml Diet Coke
Salted Vanilla Cold Foam
Ice
SALTED VANILLA COLD FOAM

2 oz | 60 ml Heavy Cream
1 oz | 30 ml Whole Milk
½ oz | 15 ml Vanilla Syrup
Pinch Sea Salt
instructions:
Fill a glass with ice. Pour in the cooled espresso, then top with Diet Coke. Using a milk frother, combine heavy cream, whole milk, vanilla syrup, and sea salt until foamy. Top the drink with cold foam and serve immediately.
