Hey you, lets unwind a bit, shall we?
Together with my friends at High West Whiskey, I wanted to take you to a place that disconnects you from the daily work grind so I created a cocktail to take you away from the treadmill of everyday life. So close your eyes for a sec and imagine a scene under the starry night sky, fire roaring, surrounded by your closest friends with a cocktail in hand⦠this is THAT cocktail. After all, High West is more about the spirit itself & giving a taste of the west -- exploration & adventure

ingredients:
2Β½ oz | 75 ml Rye
Β½ oz | 15 ml Rosemary Syrup
3 Dashes Aromatic Bitters
3 Dashes Orange Bitters
1 Italian Cherry (Garnish)
Oak Wood Smoke
instructions:
Combine rye, syrup, and bitters in a mixing glass with ice. Stir, smoke, strain and pour the cocktail in a rocks glass over ice. Garnish with one Italian cherry skewered with rosemary Serve and enjoy!
