Papillon Bleu

You’ve seen a Negroni come in red and white… but what about blue? You need to try this one. Cheers y’all.



ingredients:

  • 1½ oz | 45 ml Empress Gin

  • ½ oz | 15 ml Suze

  • ¾ oz | 22.5 ml Lillet Blanc

  • ½ oz | 15 ml Creme de Violette

  • Grapefruit Wedge

 

instructions:

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir, strain and pour the cocktail over a large ice cube and garnish with a grapefruit wedge. Serve and enjoy!
