Papillon Bleu
You’ve seen a Negroni come in red and white… but what about blue? You need to try this one. Cheers y’all.
ingredients:
1½ oz | 45 ml Empress Gin
½ oz | 15 ml Suze
¾ oz | 22.5 ml Lillet Blanc
½ oz | 15 ml Creme de Violette
Grapefruit Wedge
instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir, strain and pour the cocktail over a large ice cube and garnish with a grapefruit wedge. Serve and enjoy!
