If you’re into funky Jamaican rums and Old Fashioneds, this is the recipe for you.
ingredients:
1 oz | 30 ml Jamaican Rum
¾ oz | 22.5 ml Clairin (Haitian Rum)
½ oz | 15 ml Yellow Chartreuse
¾ oz | 22.5 ml Banana Liqueur
4 Dashes Angostura Bitters
instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir, strain and pour the cocktail over a large ice cube. Garnish with a pineapple frond (optional).
