Tembo Milk Punch
#ad21+ Don’t make a regular Espresso Martini, make this instead…
Together with my friends at @luxardousa, we’re going to #ElevateWithEspresso by making one of my favorite twists on a Espresso Martini using Luxardo’s Espresso Liqueur. Today I’m using a local Rhum Agricole as my base spirit since the tropical flavor profiles pair so well with this espresso liqueur which contains notes of sweet vanilla and chocolate. Luxardo Espresso liqueur features a thirty-day infusion of coffees from Brazil, Columbia, and Kenya. Pair all this with some orange notes, enhanced with saline and you’ve got yourself one of the best espresso martinis you’ve ever had.
Cheers y’all.
Ghost of Christmas Future
This is for all you Scrooges out there 🎩🎁
“...a solemn Phantom, draped and hooded, coming, like a mist along the ground, towards him.” 💀
I got this tiki mug from my friends over @deathandcompany x @tikilandtrading and immediately thought, it was so ON-BRAND for Death & Co. but also so fitting to make make a winter tiki cocktail inspired by The Christmas Carol… so here we are…
Midori Sour v2.0
This ain’t your older sister’s early 2000’s Midori Sour…
Here’s my slightly elevated take on this 90-00’s cocktail. If you haven’t had Midori before, well this one is for you, Midori is a liqueur made from Japanese melons that is subtle, sweet and packed with fruity melon flavor. It also brings forth a crazy green color to most cocktails (including this one). In the past few decades, the ‘Midori Sour’ used to be made with… you guessed it… sour mix. This take combines the specs for a classic sour (with egg white foam) and adds elements of fresh lime juice and lemon zest to accentuate the citrus in this recipe.
Now where’s my sister @margaritacaffee? You gotta try this version :P
Cheers y’all.
The Pineapple Champagne Punch
This one packs a PUNCH. Looking back at that time I worked with Garden and Gun to recreate Dorothy Heyward’s Champagne Punch thanks to Wayne Curtis
