ingredients:

• ½ oz | 15 ml Coconut Rum Cream

• ¾ oz | 22.5 ml Dry Curaçao

• ½ oz | 15 ml Cinnamon Simple Syrup

• 2½ oz | 75 ml Pineapple Juice

• ¾ oz | 22.5 ml Lime Juice

• Black Strap Rum Floater

• Fresh Cinnamon (Garnish)

• Dehydrated Lime Wheel (Garnish)

tools:

• Shaking Tins

• Jigger (Japanese Style)

• Hawthorne Strainer

• Fine Strainer

• Glassware

• Other Tools

• Complete Bartending Set

instructions:

Combine all ingredients except garnishes in a shaking tin with ice. Shake, strain, pour cocktail into a hurricane glass over pebble ice. Top with black strap rum. Grate fresh cinnamon over top. Garnish with lime wheel. Serve and enjoy!
