Queen Peach Crush

Here’s your Friday night in a glass.

This one is a little more involved but I promise it’s worth it. When it comes to crushable tiki-style cocktails, this is it right here. With the addition of peach, this might just be the perfect end to summer cocktails.

ingredients:

• 1½ oz | 45 ml Jamaican Rum

• ½ oz | 15 ml Suze

• ¼ oz | 7.5 ml Velvet Falernum

• ½ oz | 15 ml Pineapple Juice

• ¾ oz Lime Juice

• ½ oz | 15 ml Peach Simple Syrup

• 6 Dashes Peychauds Bitters

• 1 Peach Slice (garnish)

• 1 Mint Sprig (garnish)

tools:

• Shaking Tins

• Jigger (Japanese Style)

• Hawthorne Strainer

• Fine Strainer

• Glassware

• Other Tools

• Complete Bartending Set

instructions:

Combine all ingredients, shake and strain over crushed ice. Garnish with mint and peach.
