The rye really stands up to the bold flavors of the Cranberry Shrub. Providing a full-bodied, but refreshing cocktail

ingredients:

  • 1 oz | 30 ml Rye

  • 1 oz | 30 ml Housemade Cranberry Shrub

  • ¼ oz | 7.5 ml Maraschino Liqueur

  • Orange bitters

  • Champagne

  • Cranberry (garnish)

  • Orange Twist

 

instructions:

Fill a shaking tin with ice and add Rye, Shrub, Maraschino Liqueur and Orange Bitters.  Shake vigorously for 10 seconds.  Double strain into a chilled coupe, top with Champagne. Garnish with cranberry and expressed orange twist.
