Deepfake Irish Coffee
It’s like an Irish Coffee, but not.🍀☕️ This enhanced version of the classic is still very easy to make and only takes a few more ingredients to execute. Chicory and coffee have always been a match made in heaven but together with an eight year old Irish Whisky like thequietmanwhiskey it just brings it to a whole other level. The notes of sweet vanilla and oak that is imparted from the barrel is on full display in this version of Irish coffee, only to be accentuated with a salted caramel foam to balance out the bitterness from the coffee.
Now cheers, and #HappyStPatricksDay.
Sacred Monkey
🍌Ok it’s about to get bananas on the #BartendersAndBoulevardiers series with @cooperscraft.
PSL Carajillo
Its that time of the year folks 🎃☕️
Together with my friends at @licor43usa, we’ve created a fall-inspired version of one of my favorite espresso cocktails in the Carajillo. I first had a traditional Carajillo in Jalisco, MX as an after-dinner drink and was blown away at the simplicity of combining equal parts of espresso and Licor 43 to provide a delicious and frothy espresso forward cocktail. Needless to say, we ordered one almost every night we were there. Licor 43 provides notes of vanilla, caramel and citrus which plays perfectly with pumpkin spices (clove, nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger, etc) giving this popular cocktail a fall-inspired twist thats perfect for your next get-together.
Cheers y’all.
Saltamontes Espresso Martini
What do you get when you cross a Grasshopper with an Espresso Martini?
Let me show you an interesting one I’ve been making lately with my friends at @canteranegratequila. This recipe is a cross between a grasshopper and an espresso martini. Since we’ll be using #CanteraNegraCafe, we’ll already have those notes of cocoa and rich coffee in this liqueur. Both flavors should play perfectly with the fresh mint and Fernet Mente in this recipe #ad
For the base spirit today, we’ll be using Cantera Negra’s own Reposado, an additive free tequila that’s just as good a sipper as it is in this cocktail. Next time you’re at the store, you may as well go home with both bottles as they are a match made in heaven 😉
It’s a great recipe to bust out during your next get-together, let me know what you think!
Cheers y’all.

The Black Hole
I’ll be traveling to Jalisco, Mexico to visit the renowned Patròn Hacienda and Distillery tomorrow!
.
I hope you follow along as I tour the grounds, distillery and show you how this tequila is literally brought from farm to table. To top it all off, I’ll be there to show y’all who is crowned the winner of this year’s #MOTY!
.
Anyways, while you’re waiting for all of that action, feel free to make a recipe I’ve been working on using Patròn’s Extra Anejo Tequila and let me know what you think!
The Rock Hopper
An espresso martini crossed with a mint chocolate Irish coffee? Sure, I got you
’Tis the season after all, I’ve come up with the perfect recipe to go along with this bottle of Glendalough Double Barrel Irish Whiskey. This single grain, Irish whiskey is first aged in oak then finished in Oloroso sherry casks.
Chiseled Grin
🙋🏾♂️ Raise your hand if bourbon + chocolate is your love language. I’m stoked to #partner up with @cooperscraft for #ValentinesDay to bring you an amazing cocktail to share with your significant other, in this case, my lovely wife… and yes, it has everything you could ever want for a romantic evening: bourbon and chocolate 😉
The Black Sea
New recipe, who dis?
This might be one of the best original cocktails recipes I’ve made in a while. It’s perfectly balanced. While the cocktail itself can hold its own, you’ll want to make that foam for that extra layer of flavor and texture. Trust me, it’s worth it!
Spring Forward
Another @holycityhandcraft original coming at ya! Playing with a couple different flavors here, I’ve always been a big fan of medium-roast, fruitier coffees since they tend to taste like dark cherries and chocolate. So why not make a cocktail based on those flavor profiles, right?
Irish Coffee Tonic
🍀Who’s celebrating #SaintPatricksDay today?
.
I’m sure most of you are already familiar with that Irish Coffee, but have you ever tried an Irish Tonic?? I was introduced to the coffee/tonic combo by my friends over at @jackrudycocktailco not too long ago and was hooked! I figured this recipe would be fit for today’s festivities. Hope y’all give it a try and let me know what you think!
The Deano
Last but certainly not least — Cocktail #3 for the @holycityhandcraft // @brothersandcraft holiday social tonight plays on our Christmas season heartstrings. Made with local @stripedpigdistillery spiced rum, the fall spices infused into the rum lends itself well to this festive, tiki-inspired cocktail.
Bourbon Milk Punch
Hey everyone! Tune in tomorrow morning on Charleston’s very own lowcountrylive on abcnews4. I’ll be making a couple of holiday cocktails LIVE on-air, including this Bourbon Milk Punch, it’ll be your new favorite dessert cocktail. Check out the recipe on http://holycityhandcraft.com (Link in bio)
Parmesan Espresso Martini
Ok ok… Its time to finally make this monstrosity… the PARMESAN(?!) Espresso Martini.
This idea was initially suggested by the talented thebittergringo and with highproofteacher’s stamp of approval, I knew I had to try it… and I’m not gonna lie y’all, this was astonishingly delicious. I typically put a pinch of salt in my espresso martinis anyway but that savory, cheesy, funky salinity you get from parmesan is just unmatched and worked perfectly in this cocktail. I would not be surprised to see this pop up at more bars soon, but y’all already know that would be a $24 cocktail 😂
TL;DR: You need to make this, its so good.
Coffee Infused Kingston Negroni
Coffee + Jamaican Rum + #NegroniWeek seems like a winning combo, right?
I’ve been wanting to use this pour over stand from Farmhouse Pottery for a cocktail and just haven’t found the right occasion for it…. UNTIL NOW. If you haven’t had the combo of coffee + Campari, it's a match made in heaven so you gotta try this one out.
#ProTip : if you find this a little too bitter for your taste, add a pinch of salt and thank me later! Cheers y’all.
Espresso Manhattan
If you love espressos + whiskey, this one is for you.
Y’all know alllll about the Espresso Martini, well what if we combined that with one of the classics in a rye Manhattan, well this is that cocktail and with the addition of salted caramel syrup. this one is absolutely delicious.
The Orange Carajillo
A little pick-me-up.
Just sharing a slight variation on a cocktail I had in MX. We drank these almost every night we were there and was just amazed that it only contained two ingredients. Its simple but had a lot of complex flavors so I figured I’d add a bit a little more to it to jazz it up. Here’s my take on a classic Carajillo, cheers y’all.
