If you didn’t at least sing the last part in your head, you’re not human. Anyways, here’s a new mid-week recipe for y’all to celebrate. Cheers y’all!
ingredients:
1½ oz | 45 ml Rye Whiskey
1 oz | 30 ml Pineapple Juice
½ oz | 15 ml Demerara Simple Syrup
1 oz | 30 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
½ oz | 15 ml Creme de Cassis
5-6 Drops Pimento Dram
1 Mint Sprig (Garnish)
insTRUCTIONS:
Add rye, syrup, pineapple juice, lemon juice and ice to a shaking tin with ice. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Pour and strain over pebble ice. Top with Creme de Cassis (aka black currant liqueur) and garnish with mint.
Always float the rum 🍹
Rum has had my heart lately and this drink is such a crowd pleaser. It’s an easy win for that late spring/summer season.

1½ oz | 45 ml White Rum
½ oz | 15 ml Black Strap Rum (Floater)
½ oz | 15 ml Yellow Chartreuse
¾ oz | 22.5 ml Orgeat
1 oz | 30 ml Fresh Pineapple Juice
¾ oz | 22.5 ml Fresh Lime Juice
Fresh Mint (Garnish)
Lime Wheel (Garnish)
ingredients:
Add mint to a tall glass then muddle gently. Combine all other ingredients except dark rum and garnishes to the glass. Swizzle the cocktail until incorporated and top the cocktail with more crushed or pebble ice. Float dark rum over top. Garnish with a bunch of fresh mint and a lime wheel (optional). Serve and enjoy.
A1A BEACHFRONT
A tiki inspired Boulevardier? Who’s in? 🙋🏾♂️
ingredients:
1 oz | 30 ml Bourbon Whiskey
1 oz | 30 ml Cappeletti/Aperol Blend
¾ oz | 22.5 ml China-China
1 oz | 30 ml Pineapple Cordial
½ oz | 15 ml Coconut Cream (Coco López)
2 Dashes Orange bitters
instructions:
Combine all ingredients. Shake. Strain over crushed or pebble ice.
This original take is a marriage of sweet and bitter, which is then balanced out with smoked salt.

¾ oz | 22.5 ml Dry Vermouth
¾ oz | 22.5 ml Suze
¾ oz | 22.5 ml Pineapple Liqueur
5 Drops Ginger/Tumeric Bitters
1 Pinch Smoked Salt
Dehydrated Pineapple (garnish)
instructions:
Combine all ingredients except for the salt and garnish into a mixing glass with ice. Stir and strain into a Nick and Norah glass. Garnish with dehydrated pineapple and leaf (optional), top with smoked salt. Serve and enjoy!

½ oz | 15 ml Blue Agave Nectar
¾ oz | 22.5 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
5 Drops Tiki Bitters
2 Slices of Jalapeño
1 Fresh Pineapple Wedge
instructions:
Combine all ingredients except the garnishes in a shaking tin with ice. Shake and strain into a large cup with crushed ice. Garnish a pineapple wedge, a jalapeño slice and pineapple fronds (optional). Serve and enjoy!
Tiki Cocktail. A Jungle Bird variation with added sweetness and balance. Built on rum with bitter and citrus, then rounded with honey. Shaken and served over crushed ice.
ingredients:
1½ oz | 45 ml Dark Rum
¾ oz | 22.5 ml Campari
1 oz | 30 ml Pineapple Juice
½ oz | 15 ml Lime Juice
½ oz | 15 ml Honey Syrup
5 Drops Tiki Bitters
1 Pinch of Salt
Pineapple frond/slice (Garnish)
inSTRUCTIONS:
Combine all ingredients in a shaking tin with ice. Shake, strain and pour the cocktail in your vessel of choice over crushed or pellet ice. Serve and enjoy!
