It feels to get back to playing around with some basic cocktails but also playing around with some new video styles. I’m going to start to make a new Reel series and I’m trying to land on the format, would love to hear y’alls thoughts on this style (look/feel, music, voiceover, titles, etc). Let me know what else you’d want to see.
ingredients:
2 oz | 60 ml Rye Whiskey
½ oz | 15 ml Creme de Cacao
1 oz | 30 ml Amaro Montenegro
3 Dashes Cocoa Bitters
Orange Twist
1 Maraschino Cherry
inStRUCTIONs:
Combine bourbon, cacao amaro and bitters in a mixing glass with ice. Stir, strain and pour the cocktail in a chilled coupe and express an orange twist. Garnish with one Italian cherry. Serve and enjoy!
Amaro sours should be the OFFICIAL after-dinner drink of 2025.
Yeah you heard me, if you’re a fan of Amari, you’re going to love using it as the base spirit. Its the perfect balance of sweet, sour and bitter. Bonus points that it’s a digestivo and it’s the perfect cocktail to have after dinner.
ingredients:
1½ oz | 45 ml Amaro (I used Vecchio del Capo)
¾ oz | 22.5 ml Bourbon (I used @stillatx Cask Strength)
1 oz | 30 ml Lemon Juice
½ oz | 15 ml Simple Syrup
1 Egg White
Expressed Lemon Twist (Discard)
Maraschino Cherry (Garnish)
inStRUCTIONs:
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice. Stir and strain over a large cube while expressing an orange twist. Garnish with a orange wheel and a cherry.

1½ oz | 45 ml Mezcal
1 Slice of orange
Add ice

Add ice then stir. The recipe also makes 2 shots so just take shots with a friend 😂

ingredients:
1½ oz | 45 ml Coffee Moonshine
1 oz | 30 ml Sweet Vermouth
1 oz | 30 ml Cynar
2 Dashes Aztec Chocolate Bitters
2 Dashes Cherry Bitters
Maraschino Cherries
instructions:
Using a smoking gun, use maple wood to smoke the glass (optional). Combine moonshine, sweet vermouth, Cynar and bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
Stir for 10 seconds. Strain and pour over a large rock. Garnish with an orange twist (or rose) and maraschino cherries. Serve and enjoy.
