ingredients:

  • 1 oz | 30 ml White Rum

  • 1 oz | 30 ml Jamaica Rum

  • ½ oz | 15 ml Dry Curacao

  • ¼ oz | 7.5 ml Orgeat

  • ¾ oz | 22.5 ml Lime Fresh Lime

  • ¼ oz | 7.5 ml Rich Simple

  • 1 Mint Sprig

    insTRUCTIONS:

    Combine all ingredients, shake and strain over crushed ice. Garnish with mint and lime wheel.

ingredients:

  • 1½ oz | 45 ml Jamaican Rum

  • 1½ oz | 45 ml Puerto Rican Rum

  • 1 oz | 30 ml 151-proof Demerara Rum

  • ¾ oz | 22.5 ml Lime Juice

  • ½ oz | 15 ml Don's Mix (recipe below)

  • ½ oz | 15 ml Velvet Falernum

  • 1 Teaspoon Grenadine

  • 4 Dashes Pernod

  • 1 Dash Angostura Bitters

  • Garnish: Mint Sprig

    DON'S MIX

  • 3 Cinnamon Sticks

  • 1 Cup Sugar

  • 1 Cup Water

  • 4 Cups Grapefruit Juice

    insTRUCTIONS:

    Bring 3 crushed cinnamon sticks, 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water to a boil, stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved. Simmer for two minutes, then remove from the heat and let sit for at least two hours before straining into a clean glass bottle. To finish the mix, add 1 part of the syrup to 2 parts fresh grapefruit juice. Cover and keep refrigerated for up to two weeks.




ingredients:

  • 2 oz | 60 ml Rum

  • ¾ oz | 22.5 ml Mint Syrup

  • ¾ oz | 22.5 ml Lime Juice

  • 1 oz | 30 ml Pineapple Juice

  • 1 oz | 30 ml Cynar

  • Pineapple Frond (garnish)

  • Dehydrated Lime Wheel (garnish)

  • 2-3 Sprigs Mint (garnish)

instructions:

Combine all ingredients except garnish and Cynar into a shaking tin with ice.  In a rocks glass, add 1oz of Cynar and crushed or pebble ice. Shake and strain into a rocks glass over ice.  Garnish. Serve and enjoy!




ingredients:

  • ½ oz | 15ml Lime Juice

  • ¾ oz | 22.5ml Coco Lopez

  • 1½ oz | 45ml Pineapple Juice

  • 1½ oz | 45ml Green Chartreuse

instructions:

Combine all ingredients into a shaking tin. Shake and fine strain over pebble ice. I was going to serve this in a Collins glass but there was a perfectly good can sitting there. Garnish with a bouquet of mint and add a straw. Cheers y’all

  • 1½ oz | 45 ml Black Seal Rum

  • 4 oz | 120 ml Ginger Beer

  • Lime Wedge (Optional)

inSTRUCTIONS:

Combine all ingredients except for ginger beer in a shaking tin with ice.  Shake for 5 seconds.  Double strain and pour into any glass over crushed ice. Top with Gosling’s Ginger Beer.  Garnish with a cinnamon stick and basil sprig. Serve and enjoy.
