Here are 5 easy recipes to get you started today!



Just because fall is around the corner doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy a spritz!

I’ve partnered with my friends at @insolito to create a recipe thats perfect for any occasion. Their blanco tequila pairs well with the tropical notes of pineapple and the splash of prosecco makes this drink a fruit-forward but refreshing cocktail. Cheers y’all!

ingredients:

  • 1½ oz | 45 ml Tequila Blanco

  • 1 oz | 30 ml Suze

  • ¾ oz | 22.5 ml Agave Nectar

  • 3 oz | 90 ml Pineapple Seltzer (Spindrift)

  • Charred Pineapple Wedge (Garnish)

inStRUCTIONs:

Combine all ingredients except seltzer and garnish in a shaking tin with ice. Shake, strain, pour cocktail over ice. Top with seltzer, stir and garnish. Serve and enjoy!




A light spritz built for spring. Low-proof, easy to assemble, and served cold. Works for daytime or early evening.

ingredients:

  • ¾ oz | 22.5 ml Select Aperitivo

  • ½ oz | 15 ml Rosemary Syrup

  • 1½ oz | 45 ml Prosecco

  • 1 oz | 30 ml Soda Water

  • Grapefruit Twist (garnish)

  • Rosemary Sprig (garnish)

    inStRUCTIONs:

In a rocks or wine glass, add ice, then soda water + Prosecco. Add Select, syrup then stir gently. Garnish then serve and enjoy!.




The lemon-forward spritz you’ve been looking for 🍋

ingredients:

  • 2 oz | 60 ml Limoncello

  • 3 oz | 90 ml Prosecco

  • 1 oz | 30 ml Meyer Lemon Soda Water

  • ½ oz | 15 ml Fresh lemon juice

  • Lemon Wheel (Garnish)

  • Basil Leaves (Garnish)

    inStRUCTIONs:

In a wine glass, add ice and lemon wheels. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over top. Add Prosecco and limoncello then top with soda water. Garnish with basil.




Yes I know it feels like 🔥 in Charleston this summer so I made y’all a recipe to help you cool down. It is Spritz season after all 😉ingredient

  • 1½ oz | 30 ml Campari

  • 1 oz | 30 ml Lillet Rosé

  • ¾ oz | 22.5 ml Fresh Blood Orange juice

  • 2 oz | 60 ml Prosecco

  • 2 Fresh Cucumber Slices

  • Dehydrated Blood Orange

  • Fresh Rosemary Sprig

instructions:

Combine Campari Lillet, rosemary and lemon juice in a shaking tin with ice. Double strain and pure wine glass with ice. Top with your favorite Prosecco. Garnish with a dehydrated blood orange and rosemary sprig. Serve and enjoy.




Heard you were looking for a recipe for the #4thofjuly 🇺🇸🧨

It’s a cross between a Hugo Spritz and a French 75 and it’s absolutely delicious. Definitely give this one a try today.

ingredients:

  • 1½ oz | 45 ml Gin

  • ¾ oz | 22.5 ml Elderflower Liqueur

  • ½ oz | 15 ml Simple Syrup

  • 1 oz | 30 ml Lime Juice

  • 3-4 oz Prosecco

  • Lime Wheel (Garnish)

  • Fresh Mint (Optional/Garnish)

    instructions:

Add Empress, elderflower, syrup and lime juice into a stemmed glass over butterfly pea ice cubes. Top with Prosecco. Garnish with a lime wheel + Mint. Serve and enjoy.

Combine all ingredients into a whip cream canister - load with 2 cartridges of N2O. Shake and let settle for 5 minutes before use.
