Espada Spritz

Just because fall is around the corner doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy a spritz! Here’s a recipe thats perfect for any occasion. Their blanco tequila pairs well with the tropical notes of pineapple and the splash of prosecco makes this drink a fruit-forward but refreshing cocktail. Cheers y’all!



ingredients:

  • 1½ oz | 45 ml Tequila Blanco

  • 1 oz | 30 ml Suze

  • ¾ oz | 22.5 ml Agave Nectar

  • 3 oz | 90 ml Pineapple Seltzer (Spindrift)

  • Charred Pineapple Wedge (Garnish)

 

instructions:

Combine all ingredients except prosecco and garnish in a shaking tin with ice. Shake, strain, pour cocktail over ice. Top with prosecco, stir and garnish. Serve and enjoy!
