Season’s Greetings

Together with my friends at @BasilHayden, we're going to make a festive bourbon cocktail called Season's Greetings, which would make for perfect recipe to go along with your gift. The spice notes in the amaro and the pear liqueur in this cocktail play perfectly with the baking spice notes in #BasilHayden and I guarantee you'll be making this one all holiday season.

ingredients:
1½ oz | 45 ml Basil Hayden
1½ oz | 15 ml Spiced Pear Liqueur
½ oz | 15 ml Amaro Nonino
½ oz | 15 ml Part Lemon Juice
2 oz | 60 ml Sparkling Cider
Sliced Pear (Garnish)
Cinnamon Sugar (Garnish)
instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a rocks or highball glass over pebble or crushed ice. Top with sparkling apple cider. Garnish with a sliced pear and top with a dusting of cinnamon sugar.
